Upgrading your weapons is possible in High on Life, and if you are looking for some information on how to do it, you are in the right place. Note that upgrades are different from mods, as mods need to be manually equipped while upgrades are immediately applied to your weapon once you have obtained them.
There are two main methods through which you will be able to upgrade your weapons in High on Life. The first one is to buy these upgrades from Mr. Keeps and other shops. There are a lot of shops around the map, but you can begin with Mr. Keeps. You will be able to get upgrades for your suit and your weapons with Pesos. These are updated as you progress in the story, but are quite expensive to get, as you will need to farm a lot of Pesos.
The second method is to explore the map and look for Luglox chests. These are containers which have random objects inside of them, and can have upgrades. This is a free way to get some upgrades in the game, but you will need to spend time on the gameplay as well.
