When you begin the game, you will receive the Wind Weaving skill to blow your opponent away with a strong gust of with, and knock them out. You can work with water as well eventually which will let you shoot bursts of water at your enemies.
The first thing you will need to do to unlock the Water Weaving skill is to play the main story mission. As you progress through chapter two, you will come across the quest called A Maze of Death where you will need to go to the Kageria Observation Tower. This is a place where you can get a bird’s eye view of the city, and you will need to go through the Torii Gates to reach this location.
Going through the Torii Gates will lead you to the Yashin Shrine, which you will need to cleanse to be granted with the Water Weaving skill. This can be used against multiple foes as well as a powerful single target. You can hold down the button for attacking to charge it and release a more powerful attack that will have a wider range of splash damage. Make sure to upgrade it using your skill points so that the attack can become more lethal for your enemies.
