The number of Exfil on the map when players first deploy is 3 and they are spread across the map. The number of Exfil remains the same but players will see a timer under which they need to extract the map. After the timer almost runs out players will see a warning saying that the gas is moving out and they will see a final Exfil on the map (image shown below). This guide will help you survive the final Exfil of the map and will also tell you what you need to do during that time.
How to survive final exfil in DMZ warzone 2.0?
When players run out of time and they will see a final Exfil, they need to go to that and they will also see a timer of 50 seconds on the screen. That’s the timer for the last chopper after which the chopper will go away. It seems simple but in Warzone 2.0 DMZ, the gas moves from inside out of the map and players will be left with a very small area but that’s not the main issue. The main issue is the AI enemies and the enemy operators (this is the last exfil for everyone).
NOTE: the gas spread from the radiation area of the map so it moves from inside the map to outside, not the usual way of outside to inside (like in Battle Royale mode).
The timer of the final chopper doesn’t get shortened even if all your teammate is on board. It will count down from 60 to 0 even if you are on the chopper or not. So players need to survive those 60 seconds to finally exfil the map. Usually, there shouldn’t be more than 1 or 2 enemy operator’s teams left but players should be careful.
NOTE: AI also runs from the gas so they will always be near the final area left and at this point most likely armoured soldiers will be left.
Here are some tips for players to survive in the final Exfil:
- Players should try to make it to the final Exfil ahead of time with a vehicle to have a secure spot near the exfil and a clear view of the surrounding so that they can go to the chopper safely and fast.
- Players should have some loads of ammo and ammunition boxes because they will need to fight many enemies and they are most likely armored.
- Players should team up with other players that also need to use the final exfil, it will not only remove the need for huge stock of ammo but also will remove the need to fight the other team for extract alongside fighting AI enemies. (not likely but you can try to talk in world chat)
- Players should use smoke grenades when entering and after inside the final chopper as it will make the shoots from AI and other operators a little difficult.
