Inhibitors are items that will help you increase the bar on your health and stamina, and is a crucial aspect of the game. There are 126 Inhibitors scattered all over the city, and you can find them all with the help of your GRE Detector. Once you have a GRE Detector and activate the radio towers, you can find them by running around the city till it alerts you of any Inhibitors nearby. You can even check your map to find them. Mostly they are hidden inside buildings, so it will take a while to find all of them.
You will need a total of three inhibitors to increase your max stamina. Once you have them, you can upgrade your stamina by going to the character menu and clicking on Skills. Hold down the lightning symbol at the very bottom to upgrade it.
