The game’s main story revolves around collecting resources, harvesting, and producing spices to capture the Spice Market and then the planet of Arrakis.
Players will get several resources in the game, and water is one of the most important among them. This guide will help you know how to get Water in Dune: Spice Wars.
Collect Water in Dune: Spice Wars- How to do?
Like real life, water is one of the vital resources in Dune: Spice Wars. Without water, it’ll be hard for the players to maintain their army and their occupied villages. Without water support, both armies and the people in the villages start to rebel, affecting your faction. Therefore, to make things smooth and peaceful, you need to have a constant water supply in your settlements.
The best way to get water is to set up a Windtrap in each village you take over. Taking over the village needs you to find a neutral village that no one has claimed and then remove the militia, protecting that village. Once you remove them, you can set up your army there and take over the village.
Once you take over a village, you’ll get the Windtrap option inside the Economic Category. Click on it to set Windtraps, but remember, the amount of water a Windtrap generates will vary according to the wind power of that location. For instance, if you set a Windtrap in a location where the wind strength is 4, you’ll get 4 water for each level, providing you with the strength of 12 water in total across the faction. Therefore, try not to set Windtrap at places with wind power less than 4.
