The only way to open the path to Nokron is to defeat general Radahn in the Redmane Castle on the southeast part of the map. Once you defeat the boss, you’ll see a cutscene where you’ll see a meteor has been slamming the ground. This is the next location you need to visit.
The next location is Mistwood Outskirts Site of Grace. Now, look at the southeast side of the sky to find the floating rocks. Your next location is those floating rocks. Carefully make your way up there, and you’ll see a door in the mist. Jump down to enter through the door. You may get some fall damage in that process. Once you enter the doorway, you’ll reach Nokron, Eternal City.
