But, players are still confused and don’t know how to get to Ginger Island in Stardew Valley. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Stick around with the post and we will show you where to find Ginger Island.
Stardew Valley: How to Get to Ginger Island
The first requirement to get to the Ginger Island is obvious, you need to install the version 1.5 of the game that introduces the island. Once the update is installed, you need to complete a bunch of tasks for Willi for him to take you to the island. Willy has a boat, but it’s in bad condition, you need to fix the boat using iridium bars, hardwood, and battery packs. But, it takes a while for the boat to be in sailable condition.
Before repairing the boat, there are some other tasks you need to complete for Willi in order to reach Fern Island using his boat. You will know when the tasks are complete when you get the letter saying the back room of Willi’s shop is unlocked.
After completing the requirement, Willi will tell you about the boat, the back story, and how it’s in a bad state. You will need to repair the boat by handing out the materials required such as Hardwood x 200, Battery Pack x 5, and Iridium Bar x 5.
Get the materials and give them to Willi. Return after a day and pay 1,000 gold. That’s all, now Willi will take you to the Fern Island and you can explore the new Ginger Island.
