The Kinetic Blade can be found in Japanese-themed areas, especially around the new map. The best place to head to first is in the new sparring area that can be found if you head northwest from Mega City, and you can also check around Kenjutsu Crossing. The largest multi-storied pagoda in Kenjutsu Crossing will have the Kinetic Blade on the ground floor. Of course, you can also check for loot drops and crates, but those will take a bit more time to rummage through. You can also check any other Japanese-themed areas on the map to get the Kinetic Blade.

Once you get your hands on the blade, you can use it by pressing down the right mouse button or left trigger for the controller to get the blade charged up and knock back enemies, walls, and barriers.
