To start taking pictures, you need to keep progressing through the main story till you get a new Spider Suit and a camera. You will also get new pointers on the map, symbolized by a skyscraper icon. To locate more landmarks, head to any police radio tower to decipher the code and get a location. Landmarks can be real-life locations as well as fictional, so there is plenty to explore and take pictures of.
To use your camera and take a picture, press the Up arrow on the D-Pad, hold down L2, and once you have aligned the camera lens with the landmark, press R1 to take a snap. You will know if the picture can be taken or not when the screen border and crosshairs are green and not red. It doesn’t matter how you take the photo as long as the screen is green.
