You can find Cyclizar around the East and West Province, namely around Area Two for both. Cyclizar spawns more frequently in Area Two, but you can bump into a few in Area One and Area Three of East Province as well. They are quite elusive and like to skit away when you get close, so it is best to hop onto Miraidon or Koraidon first and zip around the area till you can find it. You can also increase your chances of finding Cyclizar by consuming Normal or Dragon Encounter Power Sandwiches. You can also meet other Dragon and Normal-type Pokémon after consuming these sandwiches.
If you are looking to capture the Tera Cyclizar, you can head over to the Asado Desert. The place you should look at is the northern area of the Asado Desert, right below Porto Marinada. You will bump into a Flying Tera Type Cyclizar here. As for Shiny Cyclizar, you will have to consume Shiny Power Sandwiches to help you out while exploring Paldea. You currently cannot ride Cyclizar, but you will be one step closer to completing your Pokedex.
