Dinkum is a farming and life sim game from independent Australian developer James Bendon. You can farm crops, plant seeds, raise animals and create an island of your very own for a lot of villagers to live in. There are a lot of old and new elements alike in the game which make it invigorating and familiar at the same time. The island is surrounded by the ocean, and there are plenty of fish that you can collect here. In this guide, we will take you through the process of how to find Carp in Dinkum.

You can get Carps in any season and at any time. This means that you can catch it in Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring as it is not a seasonal fish. However, you will need to go to the rivers and mangroves for the catch. The Carp is found only in these biomes. You can catch it in the morning, day time or at night.
Once you have caught a Carp, you can give your first catch to Theodore. He will take it to display it in the museum. You can sell the rest to John for a profit. Sometimes, the villagers will ask you to give this fish to them so it’s a good idea to keep one in stock by displaying it in your house.
