You need cash to carry out your daily activities in the game. Below we will take a look at all the money-making methods available.
Farming
One of the easiest and best ways to earn money is to farm. You can buy seeds from Sam’s General Store and plant crops that are popular during the current season. For Spring, planting Daisies and Cauliflower can let you craft Artisanal Daisy Honey and Pickled Cauliflower. If you sell each of those products, you can get 250 and 190 Gold respectively. Also, higher quality crops sell for more money, so you should upgrade your crop and yield any chance you get. But you cannot plant any crops during the Winter, so you should be prepared during the previous seasons.
Collecting Gems and Artifacts
While exploring the Cavern and the deep ocean, you might stumble upon Geodes and Coffers while clearing up the trash or while breaking boulders to collect ores. Geodes and Coffers hold valuable items indeed after breaking them open, and you can sell these items in your shipment to get cash. Gems and Artifacts can be found and sold throughout the year, so anytime you go exploring, be sure to collect Geodes and Coffers any chance you get.
Collecting Scraps
As you journey around the island and ocean bed, you will be tasked with removing trash. Sometimes you will find items that you can sell. You can also find random items while foraging around the island. Although what you get may not amount to much, it is still considered a quick way to make money.
