Where to Find the Dung Eater’s Body in Elden Ring
The Dung Eater is a depraved Tarnished NPC who you will come across for the first time in Roundtable Hold, as an invasion spirit. Apparently, he has an affliction of defiling corpses, as you will find him in a room full of dead bodies.

The task of finding the dead body of the Dung Eater will be given to you by the spirit, who you can interact with after collecting one of the Seedbed Curses from a defiled corpse. The spirit will tell you to look for it in the Sewer-Gaol below the Royal Capital, which is quite a vague location.
Head to the Royal Capital and make your way to the giant dragon statue’s wing, which has a dark area underneath it. Instead of using the wing to get to the city, you will want to enter this shadowy area where you will find a well that you can climb down. This will lead you inside the sewers and eventually, the Subterranean Shunting Ground.
There is a Site of Grace here called the Underground Roadside, where you need to make a left and follow the path leading to some Omen enemies. If you wish to avoid them, you can sneak past by crouching, and drop into the sewer grate below. There is a path leading to some Miranda Flowers which you can run past as well. The Dung Eater’s body will be in a locked cell reachable by a ladder.
