How to Use a Gold Mine in Farthest Frontier
Making gold is one of the important parts of the game, as you will always need it. There are quite a few ways to get it, and one of them is to build yourself a gold mine. However, you will need to know how to operate it so that you can make the most profits out of it.

The first step that you need to take to get a gold mine is to upgrade your Town Center to Tier 3. This will unlock a lot of buildings for you, including the gold mine. Place the gold mine from the build menu, and soon, you will have a supply of gold ore.
However, you need to convert this gold ore to gold ingots so that you can make a profit. You can do so by building and setting up a Foundry building in your town. This needs coal to run, which is an energy resource. As long as you have a supply of coal, the foundry building will convert gold ores into ingots.
In this way, you can make a hundred gold ingots out of five ores. You will be able to sell these gold ingots at the trading center. Eventually, you can set up a Gold Mine Center where you can store gold ore and create ingots at a higher rate.
