The Hunter’s Path is a new 5-star bow that is currently featured in the first phase weapon banner in Genshin Impact Version 3.0. The bow was released alongside Tighnari and so naturally it is his best-in-slot weapon. Even if you don’t wish to use it on Tighnari, it is a great 5-star weapon overall competing with the likes of Aqua Simulacra and Polar Star- which is saying a lot.
Why Hunter’s Path is So Good in Genshin Impact 3.0
The new 5-star bow, handcrafted for Tighnari, boasts Crit Rate as its main stat and a passive that boosts charged attack damage scaling off of your elemental mastery. Not only that it gives a flat all elemental damage bonus too.
This automatically benefits all bow users who depend on their charged attacks for their damage. The first and foremost that comes to mind is Ganyu who’ll benefit from this weapon in Melt teams. This weapon is so good on her that it might even occasionally outperform her signature weapon- the Amos Bow. The weapon also benefits the likes of Yoimiya and Childe- though not enough to compete with their best-in-slots but definitely fighting for their second-best options.
With a Crit Rate main stat, it allows you to build those high crit rate stats on your characters. Since its passive effect ‘Tireless Hunt’ scales off of elemental mastery- it’s also wise to have at least 150-200 EM on whoever you so wish to use it on- but only if you use their charged attacks or aimed shots often.
The weapon in general is a viable option for any dps bow user and will generally be considered one of the best bows due to its versatility. If you were worried or wondering whether you should pull on it- let this article be a guide to your decision.
