You will notice an Urban Center pop up after constructing a certain amount of buildings. The center will keep track of wage rates, sales, and production of the buildings currently in your colony. If you want a detailed breakdown of your products and services for your buildings, you can get a rundown if you check the Urban Center tab on top of the screen. The Urban Center’s capacity will increase after every 100 urban buildings are built, increasing the concept of Urbanization of the colony. Motor and Electrical industries, Power Plants, Government buildings, and such all contribute to increased urbanization.
Trade Centers are similar to Urban Centers, but they keep track of trade routes instead. Under Trade Centers, you can keep a track of employment, tariffs, and what goods and services are being imported or exported. Trade Centers are the best ways to offer employment to your pops and keep the economy running, bringing it one step closer to Urbanization.
