Retrieve the cargo from the fortified hideout
The hideout is located right beside the motel. If you are on the Nam Thaven map, the motel can be found south of the main town, near the town’s border. If you look to the west of the motel, you will find a lone building, at 169,177. If you are on Kiu Vongsa, then the motel will be on the north side and the hideout just east from it. In Pha Lang, the motel is on the east to northeast side, and the hideout is to the south to southeast. The building that you are looking for should look like the photo above. Walk through the gates and kill any enemies around. Head through the main doors and go up the stairs. Once you are up, turn to your left and enter the first door. In front of the bed is the metal container that you need to pick up and exfil with
Hand over the cargo to Lab Rat or Handshake
Since they both ask for the same item, you can choose who to hand it over to and complete the mission. Depending on the rewards that they hand out, you can pick between Lab Rat or Handshake. Either way, you can complete both the missions even if you didn’t hand the cargo over to the other vendor
