Genshin Impact Version 3.0 Spiral Abyss is already popping off with new Dendro mobs and enemies plaguing the floors. Spiral Abyss may be a difficult endgame mode but it does reward you with hefty primogems so players more often than not attempt to beat it. While many succeed, many others don’t and this article is for those players to come better prepared for the next update.
Version 3.1 Spiral Abyss in Genshin Impact
Expectedly as per Genshin’s rituals, the Ley Line effects of Spiral Abyss in the next patch will be ideal for the new upcoming characters in Version 3.1- especially the 5-stars Nilou and Cyno who are both intended to be DPS units with high synergy to Dendro. Nilou is already leaked as a Bloom DPS and Cyno will have great synergy in both Aggravate and Hyperbloom comps.
Players need not worry about having adequate EM because the Floor effects will give them enough to cause powerful reactions. That said a minimum of 150-200 EM is expected just to be on the safe side. Hyperbloom comps will likely be the most used on these floors to make use of both its effects.
We also have leaked info on the enemies we’re getting in Floor 12. In Chamber 1 of Floor 12, apart from Nobushis, Eremites and Treasure Hoarders, we’re also getting the two new Eremite enemies who will have animal helpers and the mechanical Desert elites that were teased in the Sumeru trailers.
In Chamber 2 of Floor 12, we have Ruin Drakes and the Ruin bugs that players know all too well due to how annoying they are. For the second half of this Chamber, we have the Maguu Kenki which has strangely become a staple of Abyss for some reason.
In Chamber 3 we’ll have the new Fungi elite Grounded Geoshroom along with its Dendro and Hydro counterparts. We’ll also have 2 vishap Hatchlings which means this floor just got a whole lot more annoying. As for the second half, we’ll have the new upcoming world boss– Semi Perpetual Control Matrices so we cannot assure you about the difficulty of that one.
Players would be wise to build their Dendro support units while they still have the time and Version 3.1 is looking like it will heavily rely on the Dendro reactions. Players are also advised to stack up on their EM builds and artifacts, especially for Hydro and Electro characters as they are gonna need them. This upcoming Spiral Abyss will test how well the players understand reactions in the game especially the newly released Dendro reactions.
