Keep reading to find out.
How to Fix Modern Warfare Texture Broken/Blurry/Not Loading Problems
After the recent update in Modern Warfare, every map except Shipment seems to be affected by the texture bug. So, you could choose to play Shipment and avoid other maps if it works for you too. But, do that after you have tried the below fixes.
The first fix we are about to suggest for the Modern Warfare texture not loading bug can be cumbersome but it may guarantee a good match until you close the game. Boot the game and ensure that the Texture on Demand is turned on, quite the match, and turn off the Texture on Demand. Now, load the game again and it should work without the MW texture bug. But, you need to do this every time you launch the game.
Disabling the On Demand Texture Streaming fixed the previous bugs in the game where the texture did not load. The same seems to apply in this case as well. You may try to simply disable the On-demand Texture Streaming and see if that makes a difference. If that texture is still blurry, follow the process mentioned above.
At the time of writing, disabling the on-demand texture streaming is your best bet to avoid the bug. We will keep an eye on the situation and update the post when there is news from Activision or if there is a more universal fix.
