This particular training dummy puzzle can be found between the eastern section of Donglu Research Station, southwest of Tiger’s Maw Mine, west of The Distribution Center, and north of Settle Range. It is right in the central zone of these places, so it is hard to miss it. Climb up the cliff here to locate the puzzle. You will notice four training dummies and one glowing plate in front of them
Step on the plate and equip a character that uses guns. Face the training dummies and shoot them one by one, starting from the left side all the way to the right. Next, shoot the second to left training dummy, then the furthest right dummy, followed by the furthest left and then the second to right side dummy. All the plates from the dummies will fall off and float around them, completing the puzzle
