You can find the lamp if you step into the room between the display case holding a legendary book and the portal. The portal that you see will lead you to the Sorcerous Sundries, but you don’t have to go through it yet. Instead, walk east till you find a chest. Right behind the chest is an Illusory wall, step through it to enter a secret room. If you explore the room, you will find the lamp.

If you touch the lamp, you will be quickly sucked inside, and the Djinni leaves you there while he makes a quick escape. If you are traveling with a companion, they can stop the Djinni when he is out and ask him for money. While inside the lamp, explore it to get tons of loot. Now, to make your escape, you need to find the Scroll of Summon Quasit. It is hidden in one of the chests, and you can get it while looting the place. If you can’t find it, you can use any other summon spell that you have on you. Use the spell to summon the creature, after which you are free to leave the lamp. The lamp requires one person to be inside at any time, so make a run for it while you can.
