Players need to go to Shattered Sanctum (Inside Goblin Camp)
Then players will see the door to the temple
Players need to solve the moon Stone disc puzzle in order to unlock the entrance
In order to rotate the disc, they need to do these steps:

First start with the top stone disc and rotate it once.
Next, rotate the left stone disc once.
Then, they need to Rotate the right stone disc twice.
After that, Rotate the bottom stone disc three times.
Lastly, players need to rotate the left stone disc twice to solve the puzzle.

This will unlock one of the entrances to the Defiled Temple.
