 ASUS Announces Game Notebook PC with New Ryzen Zen 4 CPU

ASUS has a lot in store for gaming enthusiasts, as there will be new gaming Notebook PCs that will run on the Ryzen Zen 4 CPU. There will be 5 Notebooks that will have the Ryzen 7000 based on the Zen 4 processor. ASUS is rolling out total 8 gaming notebook series that will be equipped with the RTX 40 and 13th generation Core. The price range is still not disclosed for all the new gaming notebooks. 

All the new notebook PCs will fall under the Republic of Gamers, or ROG title. The series consists of ROG Flow, ROG Strix, and ROG Zephyrus. 

ROG Flow series

The ROG Flow will have the X13, Z13, and X16 variants. The X13 will have the Ryzen 9 processor CPU and GeForce RTX 4070 GPU. The Z13 will run on the 13th generation Core processor; Core i9-13900H and the GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU. The X16 will run on the same processor but will have a different GPU, and it will run on the GeForce RTX 4070. All three models will come with an external GPU box, called the ROG XG Mobile, where you can install a higher-class GPU like GeForce RTX 4090. The screens will be 13” for the X13 and Z13, and 16” for the X16

ROG Strix

This series is for esports gamers, as it has wider screens. It comes in three variants as well, the ROG Strix Scar 16, ROG Strix Scar 17, and the ROG Strix Scar 18. The Scar 16 will be 16” in screen width, while the Scar 17 and Scar 18 will be 17” and 18” respectively. There will also be a ROG Strix G series, which will have the G16, G17, and G18 models. The Scar 17 and G17 will run on Ryzen 9, while the others will use the 13th generation Core processor, Core i9-13980HX. 

ROG Zephyrus

ROG Zephyrus will have the following PC Notebooks – Duo 16, G14, G16, and M16.

The Duo 16 will have a horizontal sub-display that will be touch-enabled, in addition to the normal display screen. It will run on Ryzen 9 with GeForce RTX 4090 GPU. Similar to the Duo 16, the G14 will also run on Ryzen 9 and have the same GPU. The G14 is just 14” in size, compared to the 16” in the Duo 16. On the other hand, the G16 and M16 will both run on Core i9-13900H, but the G16 will run on GeForce RTX 4070 GPU while the M16 will have the GeForce RTX 4090
