These legendary genies, as they are called within the Pokémon community, have made their return in Pokémon Legends Arceus. Initially a trio, they quickly added a fourth genie to their team. There are a few things to keep in mind before venturing forth to capture them.
You will need to complete a few objectives before going about trying to find the Forces of Nature. You will need to complete the main story arc of Pokémon Legends Arceus, as well as the extended quest for Giratina. Once you have done both the objectives, head over to the Galactic Base and talk to Cogita, who will give you Request #94: Incarnate Forces of Hisui. You can now go about on your quest to get Thundurus, Tornadus, Landorus, and Enamorus.
Tornadus
Legendary Tornadus, the Flying-Type, will be situated in Alabaster Icelands, but you will have to go there during a snowstorm to find it. Tornadus is a Level 70 legendary, so you should come prepared before taking it on. Once you are ready you can find Tornadus inside Bonechill Wastes.
Thundurus
Thundurus is an Electric/Flying-type legendary that roams near the two pillars in Coastland Campsite. You will have to travel to Cobalt Coastlands during a thunderstorm to find it. Once you do come across Thundurus, toss a Poke Ball at it to break its shield and initiate the battle.
Landorus
Landorus can be found on Ramanas Island in Obsidian Fieldlands. There is no condition required to meet this Ground/Flying-type Legendary, and you can get its attention by tossing a Poke Ball at it to break its shield.
Enamorus
The newest member in the Forces of Nature group, Enamorus is the last legendary left to capture. You can find this Fairy/Flying-Type inside the Scarlet Bog, in Crimson Mirelands. When you come across it, toss your Poke Ball to break its shield.
