There have been reports from players that the new Lunar New Year Bundle in Call of Duty called Year of the Tiger has been crashing both Warzone and Vanguard completely after players tried to open them. The new Tracer Bundle was released to celebrate the Lunar New Year on the 1st of February, and both Warzone and Vanguard had given players the Year of the Tiger pack. The Pack included two calling cards, two weapon charms, a watch, and an STG-44 Blueprint.
Raven Software has acknowledged the bug and has disabled the bundle after players called them out on it.
The tweet was released immediately after players started reporting the bundle crashing the game entirely, and it is currently under investigation on all platforms, according to their Trello board post. So anyone who has received the bundle should wait till the bug has been fixed before opening it.
Fans of the game, however, were not happy with the news, as they were expecting them to stop releasing any Tracer Bundle in the future. Every time any player tried to open any bundle that was released previously, the game would crash. So it was not new that the game would crash again with the new Lunar Bundle as well.
It doesn’t make the situation better, knowing that players shell out money for getting the bundles.
For now, fans would just have to wait it out till further news about the bundle has been released.
