If needed, kill the boss and the skeletons and proceed towards the south section of the village. There you’ll find groups of green turtles roaming near a staircase with a fog wall. To access the stairs, you need to remove the fog wall using the Stonesword Key. Once the fog wall is removed, you’ll find a room filled up with turtles. Unlock the door, and you’ll see a chest. Go near it and pick up the Green Turtle Talisman from the chest.
