The Demi-Human Queen is located in the Demi-Human Forest Ruins, in the Weeping Peninsula, Limgrave. You need to make your way by killing multiple enemies. To access Weeping Peninsula, first, cross the Bridge of Sacrifice on the south of Dragon Burnt Ruins. Once you cross the bridge, activate the Bridge of Sacrifice Site of Grace. Head towards the west, and you’ll find the Demi-Human Forest Ruins.
You’ll see the Demi-Human Queen sitting at the center of the Ruins with her minions. If you defeat her, she will drop Demi-Human Queen’s Staff, one of the most valuable early game weapons.
