Custos’ final quest for you is not as complicated as it seems, and you can be done with it rather quickly. Here we will see how to complete the final quest for Welcome to Elysium in Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodhunt.

In Welcome to Elysium part 3, you will have to retrieve the last book that Custos will want. You can find and talk to him in Elysium’s spawn area and is pretty hard to miss. While talking to him, he will tell you about a particular book that he would like to have back and ask the person to return it. The person in question is Maia, and you will have to find and talk to her to get the book back. You can find Maia by heading past Custos and turning left to go through the archways. You will know she is nearby by listening to the music and following it. You will find her standing beside a statue in the room. When you talk to her and enquire about the book, she will tell you that she no longer has it.

To find the book now, go upstairs and take a left turn. Check the alcoves for a couch, and you will find the book there. Pick it up and return it to Custos to hand it over. Talk to him to end the questline.
