Call of Duty: Warzone Season 1 introduced new powerful weapons like BAR and Cooper Carbine on 8th December 2021. And these weapons became popular quickly after their global release, but suddenly, on 19th December, Raven Software released a new update and nerfed Cooper Carbine and BAR. They have made some changes in their attachments and lowered their effectiveness and performance.
To make these two weapons balanced with the other Assault Rifles of their category, the developers have made it difficult to control the Recoil of BAR and lowered down the ADS speed of Cooper Carbine. Below we are listing down the changes made to BAR and Cooper Carbine.
BAR
Barrel
- CGC 27” 2B Barrel- Both Vertical and Horizontal Recoil Control have been reduced by 5%.
- CGC 30” XL Barrel- Both Vertical and Horizontal Recoil Control have been reduced by 5%.
Magazine
- 8mm Klauser 30 Rounds Mags- Vertical and Horizontal Recoil Control have decreased by 4%.

Also, some bugs have been fixed. Such as the collision issues with various elements across Caldera that allows players to peek, exploit, and shoot through them; the issue with Store Bundles appearing with the wrong Rarity Label; a problem with visually incorrect pricing on some Store Bundles; an issue that made Placeholder text to appear on several Store Bundles, etc. many more.
