The best way to approach this is to find a group of enemies who haven’t spotted you yet. You can find groups like these while playing Veteran, so select that mode if you want to keep trying for this achievement. Now, as a Sharpshooter, you should aim the Frag Grenade at their bodies. If the grenade hits the floor, it will bounce, which will disqualify you. Now all that is left is to stay undetected and aim for their body, toss the grenade, and hopefully, you can take out 5 enemies with one grenade.
Some tips while tossing the grenade are to aim for the enemy at the center or close to 5 or more enemies, and while tossing the grenade, toss it upwards so that it will fall on the enemy. The impact will be enough to kill whoever is nearby, thus helping you earn the achievement. Also, you have to keep in mind that you have to kill 5 enemies in a single round, as kills that are carried over will not count.
