If you haven’t unlocked the Greatsword blueprint yet, then you have to find and defeat V Rising Tristan the Vampire Hunter. Once you have done that, you will unlock the recipe to craft Iron Greatswords. For the Iron Greatsword, you will need 16x Iron Ingot and 12x Plank, and then take it to the smithy. Once you get the Iron Greatsword, you can now craft the Merciless Iron Greatsword. You will require the following materials to craft it.
- 1x Iron Greatsword
- 1x Regular Sapphire
- 4x Greater Blood Essence
- 4x Reinforced Plank
After you have acquired the Merciless Iron Greatsword, you can go ahead and craft the Dark Silver Greatsword and Sanguine Greatswords as well.
