Simon Belmont Location V Rising
To find Simon Belmont, you have to explore two regions of the map. This boss is a roaming boss, so you might encounter him either at Harpy Nest or Farbane Woods. Harpy Nest is just south of Silverlight Hills, which is a mid to end game area. You would have better chances of encountering him in Farbane Woods if you wish to defeat him early in the game.
Simon Belmont Boss Fight Guide V Rising
There is no level indication for Simon, so it is hard to guess at what level you can fight him. Our best bet is to wait till you are at least past level 90. Since he does roam the areas near Silverlight Hills, it is best to level up as much as possible. The other bosses in the area are above level 70, so that is a tip to avoid Simon before you are above level 90.
If you do encounter him, the fight is pretty straightforward. Even if you run away, he will follow you, so take your chances and fight him head on. He has plenty of AoE attacks but will stop momentarily to charge up. Use this time to land some attacks. Once he starts his AoE attack, get away and use ranged attacks to counter him. Rinse and repeat the process till he is close to dying. Try to finish him off before his final AoE, which can heal him. If you are at a higher level, this fight could go down much easier
Rewards for beating Simon Belmont
You will receive the Sanguine Whip weapon upon his defeat. The whip offers two modes of attack, and both seem to cause considerable damage.

This is literally the worst boss guide I’ve ever read. He’s pretty straightforward, fight him head on and he has plenty of AOE attacks? Wow. Thanks for the help. What a joke.
