Before you venture onwards, you need the VIP access card or VIP keycard first, since there is an area that is locked. Once you have that, head over to the location shown on the map below.
Go through the cave and go straight through the corridor then take the left turn. Go all the way down and turn right at the end, you will come across the door that needs the VIP keycard to unlock it. You will soon come across an area that looks like a gym.
Go straight and then turn left, then after you pass the body on the floor go left again. Go right and past the door, you will find a wide staircase ahead. Go up the stairs and keep to your right. You need to use the VIP access keycard again to enter the door.
Go straight down the hallway till you reach another entrance, and keep to your left. You will find another door that leads to a movie hall. On one of the beanbags you will find a corpse, and on the body, you will get the chainsaw.
