Currently, there is no method to select all the Pokémon you wish to release to the wild in one go. You would rather have to select each Pokémon individually and release them from your PC storage. To release a Pokémon, head over to your storage, select the Pokémon by pressing A, then click on the Release option. You have to keep doing this step for all the Pokémon in storage that you wish to get rid of. While you can move them around within the storage units in bulk, you cannot move them out or release them that way. There is, however, going to be a new feature for Pokémon SV, called Pokémon Home, where you can move Pokémon in masses and keep unwanted Pokémon here. There is no ETA for the feature, so till then, you would have to select and move out Pokémon manually.
