Nintendo Switch Sports is the latest sports simulation game developed and released by Nintendo, exclusively for Nintendo Switch. It is the recent installment in the Wii Sports series and has six popular sports to play. Nintendo Switch Sports has cut off some renowned sports from the list that were popular in the previous installments.
This guide will give you the complete list of the sports excluded from the Nintendo Switch Sports.
Excluded Sports List in Nintendo Switch Sports – Complete List
As we’ve told, Nintendo Switch Sports is a sports simulation game that includes various sports games. This time the developers have included six sports at the launch, with some more coming later. The six sports include- volleyball, badminton, tennis, swordfight (Chambara), soccer, and bowling. Later, Golf will be added to this list. Also, some classic sports games that became popular during the previous installments have been removed from the list.
Below we are giving the list of the games removed from the Nintendo Switch Sports–
- Basketball
- Baseball
- Archery
- Boxing
- Cycling
- Sky Diving
- Flyover
- Canoeing
- Power Cruising
- Frisbee
- Dogfight
- Table Tennis
- Wakeboarding
These are the sports that could not make their place on the list this time. It is probably because the developers have added only six games this time. But we hope that some of these games will be added to Nintendo Switch Sports in the future. Especially popular sports like baseball or basketball have a big chance to return to the game in the future as Golf will be added to the game later. Some uncommon sports can also be added to Nintendo Switch Sports as a later update. But all these are assumptions as Nintendo has said nothing until now.
That’s all you need to know about the classic sports excluded from Nintendo Switch Sports. If you are curious to know about the sports that are not included this time, check out our guide for necessary information.
