Because of the upcoming Intel 13th gen Raptor Lake CPUs, MSI has started rolling out BIOS updates to ensure the Z690, B660, and H610 motherboards support the next CPUs from Intel. Some 600-series motherboards have already received Raptor Lake support via the latest update. The remaining boards will add support as updates are rolled out gradually. The company will enable Raptor Lake support on all motherboards before they launch later this year.
Currently, Raptor Lake support has been rolled out for the following motherboards via the listed BIOS versions.

The company is expected to roll out BIOS support for the upcoming Intel 13th gen Raptor Lake CPUs on the remaining motherboards in the upcoming weeks. This update will enable users to be ready for the Raptor Lake CPUs before they launch this fall.
The 13th gen Raptor Lake CPUs will directly compete with the Ryzen 7000 series. Intel’s upcoming series will come with significantly improved single-core and multi-core performance metrics as compared to Alder Lake and will be the second iteration of the 10nm-based Intel 7 architecture.
