Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak has been highly praised by the players and critics since its release. Its storyline and combat mechanisms are particularly impressive. From the beginning of the game, players will get lots of resources and materials to craft weapons and equipment, and the more you progress, the more it’ll be tough for you to get the materials.
Afflicted Fang is an End-game item that players will get in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, but the acquiring process is challenging. This guide will help you obtain Afflicted Fang in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.
Afflicted Fang Location in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak- Where to Acquire?
If you have been playing the game and reached the End-game phase of the Sunbreak expansion, you are aware that the End-game items are pretty difficult to acquire. Afflicted resources can be obtained from only one source, the Afflicted Monsters. Among the Afflicted resources, the Afflicted fang is one of the most challenging to get.
To get Afflicted Fang, progress through the game and reach Master Rank 50. At Master rank 50, players will get Furious Rajang to defeat. Once you beat this aggressive beast, you’ll unlock Four-Start Anomaly quests, and you’ll get Afflicted Fang from the following monsters- Afflicted Garangolm, Afflicted Magnamalo, Afflicted Nargacuga, and Afflicted Barioth. You can fight any of them to get Afflicted Fang. Try to break as many parts of their body as possible as each broken part has a 20% chance of giving Afflicted Fang.
In the End-game, there is no easy fight. All the enemies are powerful, and you’ll get a hard time defeating them. If you are playing the game solo, it is better to fight Afflicted Garangolm or Afflicted Magnamalo because these are predictable enemies you can defeat easily. But it is always better to bring one or two teammates when fighting Afflicted Enemies. The enemies in this phase are more challenging, and you need support to defeat them. However, you can fight any of the four enemies mentioned above to get Afflicted Fang. Also, you’ll get two or three more Afflicted Fang as bonus rewards if you complete the quest.
That’s all you need to know about acquiring Afflicted Fang in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. Players need Afflicted Fang to craft Rarity 10 weapons and equipment. If you are looking for a guide to get some help, go through this guide to get the required information.
