Diablo Immortal is finally out on PC and mobile devices. Much like its predecessors, this game is a dungeon crawler at its heart. Multiplayer gameplay is a highlight feature of the first Diablo game making its way to mobile devices. But, for first-time gamers, or the ones just checking the game out, figuring out how to get multiplayer working can get a bit tricky. The game does not give access to the multiplayer right as you jump into it, and requires players to get some simple tasks done before allowing them to start playing with friends.
In this guide, we will show you how to unlock the multiplayer mode in Diablo Immortal and get started playing with friends.
How to Unlock Multiplayer in Diablo Immortal?
The multiplayer mode is made available to players after they have completed the tutorial in the game. There are a few steps before you can go online and start playing with friends.
For starters, complete the tutorial zone in the Wortham region of Diablo Immortal. You have to defeat Ifriss, the Destroyer, in the Unseen Lair in this tutorial.
After you have completed this tutorial, you are almost 90% done unlocking the multiplayer mode in the game. Now, just head over to the town and speak to Deckard Cain. Once complete, all online features of Diablo Immortal will get unlocked. You can see other players or their shadows load up at this point.
The online features of the game include partying up with friends for playing the game in either PvP mode or the campaign. The game also allows players to join clans.
Unlocking the multiplayer mode is not a crazy difficult task in Diablo Immortal. The game keeps it simple. But, we all have to agree that the actual game begins after you have successfully unlocked the online multiplayer mode in it.
