The short answer is, that there is no way you and your squad can bring them down singlehandedly. Even if collective players are trying to bring them down, your bullets will mean nothing to the Titans. So your only option when faced with Kong or Godzilla, is to either run or try to enlist them using your S.C.R.E.A.M. Device. You will get the device once your Monarch Intel status bar is full, or by causing the most damage to Kong and Godzilla. Getting into the Titan Frenzy mode and trying to get the top spot in the scoreboard will get you the device, or you can play the mode casually and get a handful of Monarch Intel as a reward.
Having the S.C.R.E.A.M. Device will bring out the Titan Killstreak, where you can place one Titan on any part of the map you wish. Once you activate the device, the Titan you have chosen will appear in your preferred location to wreak havoc. Both Kong and Godzilla have their own set of moves that can easily wipe out players in the area, which can give you a clear win.
