Elden Ring, the biggest title of this year, is finally released, and the player count is surprisingly high from the very beginning. This shows how much players were excited to play the game, explore the map and try out the latest features of this action, role-playing game. Elden Ring features both single-player mode and multiplayer mode.
Multiplayer mode is the most enjoyable mode as it allows the players to play with their friends; explore and experience the game together. This guide will tell you how to summon players to play together in the Co-Op mode of Elden Ring.
Summoning Friends in Elden Ring Multiplayer Mode – How to do?
Elden Ring features both online and offline playing. Players who want to play solo can go offline, but players who want to play with their friends first change the game mode to Online. From the menu, go to the Network tab, and there they will get the option to switch between online and offline. Online mode is a must if you want to summon your friends. Below we are listing the other steps to call your friends in Elden Ring-
- After you switch to online mode, restart your game once, so the changes work properly.
- Next, you need to have a Furlcalling Finger Remedy. This item will be found in abundance. You can craft them by using two Erdleaf Flowers, buying them from vendors, or getting them from common enemies. You need one Furlcalling Finger Remedy for each player you want to summon. This Furlcalling Finger Remedy allows the players to see summoning circles.
- Next, ensure you and the players you want to summon are in the same in-game area.
- Now, once you meet all the criteria mentioned above, the players you need to summon must have the Tarnished’s Furled Finger. This is an essential item that acts as a request to join someone else’s game. This item will be granted to every player and allows them to make a summoning circle. While the guests will use the Tarnished’s Furled Finger, the host will have to use the Furlcalling Finger Remedy at the same time to see their summoning circles. Once the summoning circles appear, they can interact and join the game. Repeat the same process for every player you want to summon.
That’s how the multiplayer co-op works in Elden Ring. Remember, in Elden Ring, multiplayer games end when you kill a boss. Players need to repeat the same process to join players again. Moreover, if someone dies, you also need to use the same process to join him/her again.
The summoning method in Elden Ring appears complicated, but it’ll become easy if you try to one or two times. If you are looking for a guide to get some help, check out our guide, and you’ll get the required information.
