Techland’s Dying Light 2 is an Action role-playing game released on 4th February 2022. It is one of the most anticipated games of this year. As a sequel to Dying Light, this game will take players 15 years later- in a Zombie infested open world where they will play as Aiden Caldwall, and their mission is to find Aiden’s lost sister Mia.

Multiplayer Guide of Dying Light 2- Can I Play with Friends?
Dying Light 2 has the multiplayer feature, but it still doesn’t introduce cross-platform play. Therefore, while inviting your friends to play with you, make sure everyone has a similar platform. To invite and play with your friends, first, you need to finish the Prologue part and reach the Open-world Section. Once you are done with the Prologue, you already understand the basic story and the gameplay mechanics. Now you can invite and group with your friends by following some simple steps-
- Go to the Menu
- Click on Online Menu
- Go to the Online option
- Your default game mode is set to Solo. You’ll have 3 modes available- Public, Private, and Friends Only.
- Get back to the Online menu
- You’ll see invite slots next to your character
- Invite your friends and wait for them to join
- Once they join, you can start playing the game together.
Maximum 4 players can group together to play Dying Light 2. You can play with 2 or 3 people, but the number can’t exceed 4. Also, only the host of the game keeps the World’s progression means if you join someone’s game and complete missions when you get back to solo mode, you’ll find the mission you have completed is showing as incomplete ones.
