To turn into a demon, you need to first reach character level 15. You can quickly reach level 15 by completing all the quests and fighting different bosses. The best boss to fight is Bandit Zoku, since this boss respawns from time to time, making him an easy target to farm XP. You can find Zoku while completing Somi’s quest.
Once you reach level 15, you can find Demon King Muzan. Muzan spawns at random, and only at night. The surefire way to track Muzan quickly is to get the GamePass. But if that is not an option for you, then you will have to scan the map multiple times at night till you cross Muzan’s path.
Upon finding Muzan, you can talk to him to get a special quest. You will be tasked with finding Blue Spider Lilies and bringing Doctor Higoshima to him. You will need five spider lilies, but finding them is also at random. They spawn at random across the map and sometimes can be found inside the towns. You will have to run around the map multiple times to get them. Once you collect all five Blue Spider Lilies, you should find Doctor Higoshima. Doctor Higoshima’s cabin is close to where the Zuko boss is. Just beat Zuko, go past him into the first house to find the Doctor. You can now carry him back to Muzan once you find him again since he would have moved if you were not doing the quest in one night.
Now that all the prerequisites are met, you will receive Muzan Blood to consume. The chances of you turning into a demon is 50/50, so you may or may not turn after consuming Muzan Blood. In case you did not turn, then you will have to do the quest again and receive the blood to turn.
