Once you are in Sekhem Hall, release the Primal Ember right in front of you. You have to follow it to the pedestal it will go to.
Once it is placed there, head right to the pedestal holding the cell. If you look carefully at the pedestals across the gap, you will notice three symbols, Hydro, Anemo, and Electro. Each pedestal will perform different functions when the laser beam falls on it. To reduce the water level, you should move the cells on your side to the respective pedestal so that it beams at the opposite hydro pillar. If you shine the beam on the anemo pillar, a turbo wind ring will appear, and for electro, it will activate any invisible wall and floor as well as spawn a chest.
Right now you need to reduce the water level, so move the two cells on either side to the far right and far left pillars. This will beam the laser on the hydro pillar, reducing the water level. Once that is done, move the cells to pillars next to them to activate the electro-pillars. A chest will spawn in the middle of the room, and you can go across by using the invisible floor. Some enemies will spawn as well, so you should defeat them first.
Now that you have unlocked the hydro and electro pillars, all that is left is the anemo pillar. Move the cells to activate the anemo pillars, some turbo wind rings will appear. You will need this ring to complete the mini challenge on the ground floor. Now, go to the lowest floor and defeat the enemies. There is a mechanical book here that you need to activate to start a wind current.
Now that everything is in place, head to the farthest area on the lower floor to activate the red glowing pillar. This will start a mini-challenge, where you have to collect all the particles. Follow the wind current and the four-leaf sigils to collect them all.
There is a Prismal Ember at the end of the challenge that you have to release and follow. Be sure to deactivate the mechanical book that you used for the wind current, or else the Ember will be blown away. Follow it till it lands on a pillar on the floor above, then interact with it again to get it to move. This time, it will go to the Flaming Pillar beside the three chests. Now, go back and release the previous Prismal Ember to activate the other Flaming Pillar as well.
And with that, you have unlocked the next area, as well as the three chests.
