How to Get and Increase Special Clearance in Genshin Impact 3.1
If you try to explore the desert terrain further and try to unlock more puzzles or mechanics, you will notice that the area will be blocked off and it shows that you need clearance. Here we will see more about clearance, how to get them, and increase the clearance level in Genshin Impact 3.1.
To start collecting clearances, you first need to get the Scarlet Sand Slate. This is a sort of tablet that records all your collected clearances. To get the sand slate, you need to complete the Lost in the Sands side quest. This quest is part of the main world quest Golden Slumber. You can start this quest by talking to Bonifaz the Merchant in Aaru Village. Complete the side quest to acquire the Scarlet Sand Slate.
Now, you need to gather clearance to gain access to new areas, puzzles, and mechanics. Keep completing the Golden Slumber world quest to attain them all. Once you complete the quest, wait for reset time, then head back to Aaru Village to trigger the Old Notes and New Friends world quest.
You need to complete this as well to attain the remainder clearance. This quest will lead you to the Mausoleum of Deshret, where you have to solve the puzzles and complete the three side quests. Once you complete them, you can unlock all the clearance levels on the Scarlet Stone Slate.
But the objective doesn’t end there. To increase the amount of clearance you have, you have to complete the final quest, Dual Evidence. You can get this quest right after completing all the subquests under Old Notes and New Friends. Once you complete Dual Evidence, you can now unlock Duat Hall using your completed slate.
