Back 4 Blood has been out for a while, and the new expansion has the features that players have been waiting for. Tunnels of Terror introduces outfits that you can equip on your character after unlocking them, such as the Rockabilly outfit which belongs to the character Karlee. Not that these are purely for cosmetic purposes and do not affect gameplay, other than making your characters look aesthetically pleasing.
The outfit can be accessed in the Supply Lines section of the Fort Hope base, and to obtain it, you will need to spend about 13 Skull Totems. As the Tracks refresh every hour and are on a rolling basis, you will need to purchase the items in front of the Rockabilly outfit before claiming it. Thus, you will need more Skull Totems, and it’s a good idea to have at least 30 of them.
To obtain Skull Totems, you will need to look for Ridden Hives on the Campaign levels and clear them, getting up to three Skull Totems at a time. Collect as many of these as possible in order to unlock the Rockabilly Outfit.
