RPG Elden Ring lets players fight their way through monsters in the open world map as they take their loot. This guide will take you through the process of how to get the Bull-Goat’s Talisman in Elden Ring.
Where to Find the Bull-Goat’s Talisman in Elden Ring
Talismans are useful commodities in the game which are used for a variety of reasons. They can raise stat levels of your character, and usually you need to defeat an enemy or track down the location of an item to find one. The Bull-Goat’s Talisman is available in the game map, but you might need a little help spotting it.

The Bull-Goat’s Talisman will come in handy to increase the poise of your character as it raises it by one-third of the original poise level. Poise refers to the ability of your character to keep standing through heavy hits and not be staggered. If you lose your stance, it is more difficult to protect yourself from the next attack, and you might end up losing a lot of HP.
To find this Talisman, head to the east of Limgrave to Caelid where you will need to fight a monster in Dragonbarrow Cave, which is on the northeastern side of Caelid. If you know the location of the Minor Erdtree in the area, it is just down the hill from it. The cave will have the Runbear inside that you can choose to fight, or sneak in to just get the Bull-Goat’s Talisman. It will be inside the room of the cave, on a corpse. If you run in quickly, you might be able to come out unscathed without having to fight the beast.
If you do decide to fight the Runebear, you can use ranged attacks to quickly defeat it so that you can safely explore the area and take all the loot. The Bull-Goat’s Talisman will be easier to grab from the corpse inside the cave.
