The Heart of Oak Runeword is one of the best Runeword you can get. It is a Runeword, which you can get at level 55. Because it is one of the best Runeword in Diablo II: Resurrected, you cannot get it easily. It is pretty hard to get it. As the Heart of Oak level 55 Runeword, therefore, to get it, you have to level up yourself and reach the end part of the game. You need a 4 socket non-magic stave and four runes- Ko, Vex, Pul, and Thul. Put them into the sockets in the above-mentioned order (Ko+ Vex+ Pul+ Thul).
