How to Get Dead Man’s Tale Catalyst in Destiny 2
To get Dead Man’s Tale Catalyst in Destiny 2, you will have to complete Presage in Master difficulty. However, at the time of writing the post the special modifiers have not been introduced to the game. Meaning, you cannot get the catalyst at this time, but when Bungies decides to make them available, you will have to play through the Master Difficulty to get it.
In order to unlock the Catalyst, you will have to defeat combatants using Dead Man’s Tale. To have a better chance of getting the upgrade for the weapon, open hidden caches during the Presage quest.
Once you have the Catalyst, it will provide Dark-Forged Trigger perk. The perk increases hipfire rate of fire and removes hipfire accuracy penalties.
Once the Catalyst becomes, you will have to rerun the quest to obtain the upgrade. It’s similar to Hawkmoon and Whisper in so many ways. If you have gotten those weapons.
