Once you have progressed through the game enough to get your Pokemon to level 50, you can begin looking for this item. After you have defeated the boss False Dragon which is a Titan Pokemon, you will gain the ability to climb walls with Koraidon or Miraidon. This is how you will be able to reach the spot to collect Leader’s Crest.

Travel to North Province Area Two which is far east of Paldea and you will come across Bisharp. It is the evolved version of the Pokemon Pawniard. You will need to find a Bisharp that is surrounded by Pawniard, as these Pokemon have the Leader’s Crest with them. They will drop it when they are defeated.

After catching or defeating the Bisharp, you will be able to collect the Leader’s Crest. It is a held item of the captured Pokemon. And if defeated, the Bisharp will drop it. Once you have the item, you can evolve the Bisharp that you want into Kingambit.
