Since you need a lot of mushrooms for crafting these, you can find them all over Limgrave. You can also explore the marshes of Liurnia of the Lakes, especially near the Church of Vows, or at the entrance of Groveside Cave. If you travel to Fort Gael, you can get 10 of them off a corpse there. You can also find some in the Altus Plateau, around the Shaded Castle.
